Ravi Norman

Ravi Norman has over 20 years of work experience. Ravi is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Sagiliti, a position they have held since January 2019. Before that, in 2018, they founded Norman Global Enterprises, a holding company focused on improving human outcomes in the built environment. Ravi also provided interim advisory services to THOR Construction during this time. From 2009 to 2018, Ravi served as the CEO of Thor Companies, a real estate firm that experienced significant growth under their leadership. Prior to that, they were the CFO of Thor Construction from 2005 to 2009. Ravi has also held various roles in commercial banking, including Small Business Banker and Credit Manager/Portfolio Banker at Wells Fargo & Co./Norwest.

Ravi Norman obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a primary focus on Finance and secondary focus on General Management and Strategy from the University of Minnesota in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Management with a secondary concentration in Statistics from the University of Minnesota Morris.
