Aparna Kale

Aparna Kale has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aparna is currently the Director of Product Management at Sagility, a role they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, Aparna worked at TCS for 12 years, starting in December 2010 as a Product Manager / Product Owner (ASC). Their responsibilities included handling grooming functional requirements, defining product strategy, and envisioning the roadmap. Aparna also supervised planning, development, and implementation and participated in functional walkthroughs with the IT department. Before TCS, Aparna worked as a Team Lead at Tech Mahindra from April 2005 to November 2010. Aparna began their career as a Developer at Global Transformation And Technology Private Limited in Kothrud in September 2004. Aparna also had a role as an IT Analyst at The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education in Pune from January 2003 to August 2004. Overall, Aparna Kale has gained extensive experience in product management, strategy development, and team leadership throughout their career.

Aparna Kale obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1999 to 2001. Aparna then pursued a Masters of Computer Science from the same university, completing it from 2001 to 2003. In 2022, Aparna obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
