Dr. Rajaram Natarajan

Dr. Rajaram Natarajan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dr. Rajaram is currently employed as the Senior Vice President of Client Services at Sagility, a position they have held since June 2023. In the same year, they also began working as a Visiting Faculty at IIM Rohtak Executive Education and a Visiting Professor at Indian Institute of Management Nagpur.

Before joining Sagility, Dr. Natarajan had an extensive tenure at Cognizant, starting in December 2016. At Cognizant, they held multiple roles, including Associate Vice President of Service Delivery and Senior Director of Operations. From 2006 to 2011, Dr. Natarajan served as the Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Operations at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions. During this time, they led operations for telecommunications and US health insurance clients, making significant contributions to the company's success.

Dr. Rajaram Natarajan has a diverse educational background. Dr. Rajaram received their Fellow Program in Management degree in Production, Operations, and Decision Sciences from XLRI Jamshedpur in the years 2015-2023. Prior to that, they obtained an AMP from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and ESADE Business School, Spain in 2008-2009, with a focus on Organization Behavior, Operations, Finance, Strategy, and Leadership. Dr. Natarajan also holds an MBA in Marketing from ITM Group of Institutions, earned between 1994-1996. Dr. Rajaram'sundergraduate degree, a BE in Electronics, was obtained from Padmashree Dr D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth from 1990-1994. Additionally, Dr. Natarajan holds the ACC certification from the International Coach Federation, which they achieved in December 2014. Prior to their higher education, they attended St. Mary's high school in India.
