Mohit Saxena

Mohit Saxena has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles within the outsourcing, marketing, and financial industries. Mohit served as EVP and Head of Offshore Business & Global Head of Ops-Enabling Functions at Sagility, where they led the offshore business and formulated strategies for operational efficiencies. Mohit also held the position of Head of India Business at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, overseeing the company's India business and international operations. Prior to that, they were the COO at NetAmbit Infosource & e-Services Pvt. Ltd., managing the direct marketing business and ensuring the company's reputation as a third-party distributor of financial, education, and retail products in India. Before that, they worked at iQor as a Senior Vice President, primarily responsible for finance, processing, and operations management. Mohit also served as Vice President of Operations at Global Vantedge and held the role of Master Black Belt for Six Sigma at GE Capital International Services. Mohit Saxena started their career as a Marketing Manager at Gulf Oil and then worked as a Product Manager at Wipro, where they managed distribution channels and market the fluorescent circular range of products.

Mohit Saxena attended Boys High School in Allahabad from 1975 to 1987, where they completed their ICSE degree in Science. Mohit then pursued their B.Com degree at the University of Allahabad from 1988 to 1991. Mohit later enrolled at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained their MMS degree in Marketing.
