Myles Kevern has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Myles began their professional career in the US Army, serving as a Sergeant in Special Operations as a Paratrooper and Combat Engineer. Their role involved developing and executing complex missions while demonstrating attention to detail, adaptability, and analytical skills. Myles received training in advanced field combat tactics, including urban and mountain warfare.
After leaving the military, Myles transitioned to the corporate sector, working for various companies. Myles joined Everise as a Client Services Manager, responsible for the success of program aspects and managing client communications and commitments. Myles then advanced to the role of Senior Client Services Manager, overseeing a team of project managers and analysts.
At Sagility, Myles held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Member Services, where they rebuilt the organization's member services branch. Myles subsequently became the Vice President of Operations at MotivHealth, overseeing Service Delivery, HSA Administration, Data Management, Process Innovation, Claims Processing, and more. Myles later served as the Vice President of Healthcare Operations, responsible for the overall operational performance and budget.
Throughout their career, Myles demonstrated strong leadership skills and strategic planning capabilities. Myles managed large teams, implemented operational standards, and contributed to business growth and expansion.
