Orane Newby

Orane Newby has a strong background in operations management and has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Orane currently serves as the Director of Operations at Sagility, where they oversee the overall operations and focuses on customer relationships for major healthcare clients. Prior to this role, Orane was an Associate Director at Sagility, responsible for managing operations and execution of programs while supervising multiple Operations Managers and Team Leads. Before joining Sagility, Orane worked at Conduent as an Operations Manager and also assumed the role of Acting Site Lead, where they managed the overall operations of the site and ensured client goals were achieved through effective people management and smart process management.

Orane Newby received a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Excelsior Community College between the years 2005 and 2009.
