Sanjay Saunur

Sanjay Saunur has extensive work experience in the training and talent development field. Sanjay is currently serving as the Global Head of Training and Talent Development at Sagility since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Teleperformance as the Vice President and Head of Training from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of Quality and Training Head - India at Amazon from 2017 to 2020. Sanjay also served as the Director of Capability Development - APAC and EMEA at Sutherland Global Services from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Training Head for the UK Business at Tech Mahindra Business Services from 2011 to 2015. Sanjay has also held positions at Zenta and COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION LIMITED, where they focused on training and management roles. In 2003, they started their career as a Process Trainer at IBM.

Sanjay Saunur has a BA degree in Social Science from Madurai Kamaraj University. Sanjay also attended St. Stanislaus high school.
