Troy Kenyon has extensive experience in sales, customer service, and engineering. Currently serving as an Inside Sales and Customer Service professional at Saginaw Control and Engineering since February 2016, Troy manages customer accounts, creates quotes, and provides technical support. Prior to this role, Troy worked at Dolce Hotels & Resorts from 2007 to February 2016 as an Engineer, where responsibilities included scheduling maintenance, overseeing Facilities Management operations, and training new hires. Earlier experience includes serving in the United States Air Force as a Military Police officer, with five years of active duty and four years as a Reservist. Troy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwood University and an Associate’s Degree in the same field from Delta College.
