Michael J. Korybski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting operations and project management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Recruiting Operations at Sago since July 2014, Michael leads a talented team to align business needs with insightful perspectives, leveraging technology and innovative strategies to achieve exceptional results. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Assistant at the World Foundation for Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, Inc., where financial reporting and donor communication were key responsibilities, and as a Project Administrative Assistant for the Newark Bears, focusing on cash management and financial reporting. Michael also served as a Safety Services Representative for the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority and completed an internship at Murray Hill Health & Racquet Club. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Studies from Rutgers University and an Associate of Applied Science in Sports Management from Union County College.
