Christal Hoffman has a solid work experience in the senior living industry. Christal started their career in 2012 as a Resident Assistant at Emeritus, where they later became a Life Enrichment Director. In 2013, Christal joined Holiday Retirement as a Manager and worked there until 2020. Christal then moved on to Sagora Senior Living, where they held various roles, including Senior Lifestyles and Pathways Specialist, Corporate Director of Lifestyles and Pathways, Corporate Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Operations.
Christal Hoffman attended Western Texas College from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a focus on General Biology. Following this, they pursued their Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at West Texas A&M University from 2007 to 2010, completing their Bachelor's degree.
