Lisa Mattam

Lisa Mattam has had an extensive career in business and consulting. Lisa began their career in 2004 as a Product Manager for Ortho Biotech- Janssen-Ortho. In 2007, they became the Managing Principal of The Mattam Group, a management consulting firm which focuses on Leadership Development, Strategic Process and Organizational Development. Lisa was also a thought leader in Diversity and Inclusion and the Advancement of Women. In 2012, they became an Instructor at the Schulich Executive Education Centre. In 2015, they founded Sahajan and in 2022, they founded Accelerate by Sahajan.

Lisa Mattam holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from McMaster University, a Bachelor's Degree in Science from McMaster University, and a Diploma in European Business from NEOMA Business School in Rouen, France.
