Dhaval Joshi

Dhaval Joshi has extensive experience in various leadership roles. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Business Lead at JOSHI BIZTECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED. Then, from 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Oracle Certified HCM Cloud Specialist at Evosys. Dhaval then joined PayrollCloud Corp as the Practice Director from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Vice President - Strategy & Consulting at Panamax Infotech. Currently, they hold the title of Chief Executive Officer at both Conshold and Sahana System Limited, starting in 2023.

Dhaval Joshi has a Master of Engineering (M.Engg.) degree in Computer Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidhyalaya and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technological University. Dhaval also has a Diploma in Computer Engineering from RC Technical. In addition to their formal education, Dhaval has obtained several certifications, including Oracle Workforce Rewards Cloud 2018 PreSales Specialist and Oracle HCM Cloud 2018 PreSales Specialist from Oracle, and Prince 2 Foundation and Prince 2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Dhaval has also earned certifications in various Oracle software specializations.
