Aditi Soni, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aditi is currently working as the Head of Program Management at Aurion Biotech since May 2022. Aditi completed their undergraduate studies in Biochemistry from Delhi University, between 1992 and 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Aditi has also earned several certifications to enhance their skillset. Aditi obtained a Sustainability Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management in May 2023. Aditi also holds a Clinical Research certificate from Boston College, achieved in December 2019. Furthermore, they are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in March 2016.
