Aditi Soni Mba

Aditi Soni, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aditi is currently working as the Head of Program Management at Aurion Biotech since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at Saheli, Support and Friendship For South Asian Women and Families from September 2022.

From 2020 to 2022, Aditi worked at Dyne Therapeutics as the Director of Program & Alliance Management. Before that, they were an Associate Director and Program Manager at Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. from 2018 to 2020.

Aditi also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked as a Project Manager at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they were a Scientist at NIBR from 2008 to 2016.

Aditi Soni, MBA, PMP has a diverse educational background. Aditi obtained their Executive MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from Panjab University, from 1995 to 1997. Aditi completed their undergraduate studies in Biochemistry from Delhi University, between 1992 and 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Aditi has also earned several certifications to enhance their skillset. Aditi obtained a Sustainability Certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management in May 2023. Aditi also holds a Clinical Research certificate from Boston College, achieved in December 2019. Furthermore, they are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in March 2016.
