Amy Gathercole

Amy Gathercole has over two decades of experience in the diagnostic laboratory field, currently serving as the Manager of ComPath at the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) since September 2012, where responsibilities include managing and coordinating laboratory operations. Prior to this role, Amy worked at SA Pathology from October 2003 to 2012, holding positions as Manager of the Murine Virus Monitoring Service and Diagnostic Scientist. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from the University of South Australia, earned between 2000 and 2003, and attended Kormilda College from 1995 to 1999.
