Eduardo Antonio Quixchan Lopez has extensive experience in the culinary and engineering fields. Currently serving as Jefe de cocina at Sahm's Hospitality Group since August 2019, Eduardo has developed a strong reputation in the culinary arts. Previous roles include American food cook and dessert and salad preparer at Alfa & Beta Ingenieros S.A., and various positions in industrial assembly, such as Armador montador and Montador at Camargo and Alfa & Beta. Eduardo also held the position of Supervisor de Seguridad Industrial at Alfa & Beta Ingenieros S.A. and worked as a Montador de Estructuras at SANTOS CMI. Early in the career, Eduardo gained experience as a paramedic at Rescate 911 Guatemala.
