David Brock

David Brock, E.I.T is a Water Resources Engineer at SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this role, David served as a Research Assistant at Penn State College of Engineering from June 2022 to April 2023. David's experience also includes working as a Pizza Chef at Blaze Pizza, LLC from July 2018 to March 2022. David completed a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, graduating in 2023, and also earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Beaver, which was completed in June 2021.
