Matt Boyko P.e.

Matt Boyko, P.E. is a Project Engineer at SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. since November 2022, bringing extensive experience from a 12-year tenure at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). During time at PennDOT, Matt progressed from a Civil Engineer Trainee to Senior Civil Engineer Supervisor, overseeing an in-house highway design squad, managing multiple projects, and contributing to various bridge and landslide projects. Matt's engineering contributions include designing a multitude of roadway projects, with a focus on rehabilitation and reconstruction, as well as serving as acting Inspector in Charge for Intelligent Transportation Systems projects. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, earned in May 2010.
