Mabi Jaleel

Mabi Jaleel has a strong background in the field of biology and pharmaceutical research. Mabi began their career in 1998 at the Indian Institute of Science, where they completed their PhD. Afterward, they worked as a Career Development Fellow at the University of Dundee, focusing on AMPK related kinases and LRRK2. During this time, they made significant contributions by identifying a substrate for LRRK2. In 2007, they joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as a Principal Scientist for two years before transitioning to Aurigene Discovery Technologies. At Aurigene, they held various roles, including Senior Group Leader and Associate Research Director. Mabi'sresponsibilities involved leading research teams and overseeing projects. Additionally, they were involved in the development of novel compounds in the field of drug discovery. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Sai Life Sciences Ltd as a Senior Director and was later promoted to Associate Vice President, Head of Biology, India in August 2022.

Mabi Jaleel completed a PhD in Biochemistry from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) from 1998 to 2004.
