Previously, Nikhil was a Principal Investigator at Syngene International Limited, focusing on oncology research and assay development. Nikhil's academic roles include Assistant Professor and Birmingham Fellow at the University of Birmingham, where significant advancements were made in understanding human aging and immune cell senescence, and Junior Group Leader and Lecturer at ETH Zürich, contributing to discoveries in bioengineering and inflammation.
