Supratim Halder currently serves as Associate Vice President & Head of Operational Excellence at Sai Life Sciences Ltd, focusing on deploying an Operational Excellence framework to enhance business growth and profitability. Previously, at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Supratim led efforts in R&D to reduce new product development cycle times and implemented operational excellence strategies resulting in significant annual savings. At Mondelēz International, Supratim developed a comprehensive process excellence framework for global business services. With experience at Piramal Group as Chief Manager and a Master Black Belt, Supratim also contributed to business strategy and operational improvements.
