Bart van Tuijl

Bart van Tuijl has extensive work experience in the field of agrofood robotics. Bart started their career as a Technical Researcher at Wageningen University & Research in 1999 and worked there until 2019. During this time, they participated in large EU projects, collaborating with universities and engineering companies across Europe. In 2015, they worked as a Visiting Scholar at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they conducted research and field tests for their MSc thesis. Since 2019, Bart has held roles as CTO and CMO at Saia Agrobotics.

Bart van Tuijl completed their education at two different institutions. From 1996 to 1999, they attended Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following this, from 2009 to 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Biosystems Engineering at Wageningen University & Research.
