Lianne Scholtens has a diverse work experience. Lianne is currently serving as an R&D Manager at Saia Agrobotics since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Coordinator at The Primate Brain Bank from December 2017 to May 2022. Lianne also held the position of Postdoctoral Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from March 2018 to October 2021. Lianne Scholtens has a strong educational background in the field of neuroscience and biology. Lianne obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Brain connectivity from micro to macro scale from Utrecht University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Cognitive Neuroscience from Radboud University between 2010 and 2012. Lianne'sfoundational knowledge in the field was built during their Bachelor of Science (BSc) studies in Biology, also at Radboud University, from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lianne Scholtens has further enhanced their expertise with a certification in University Teaching Qualification (Basis Kwalificatie Onderwijs or BKO). Lianne obtained this certification from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in April 2020.
