Anthony Norwood

Mr. Norwood is Saia’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. In this position, he leads all aspects of human resources (HR) at the company developing Saia’s human capital strategy and directing the execution of strategies and tactics to expand our organizational capability. In addition, he is responsible for ensuring that Saia’s people strategy supports the recruitment, development, and retention of our industry leading team.

Before joining Saia, Mr. Norwood served as the Vice President of HR - Corporate for a leading diversified manufacturing company and global climate innovator. Prior to this, he served in various HR executive roles at other well-known entities.

Mr. Norwood possesses a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a master’s degree in global HR leadership from Rutgers University.
