Brandon M. Gray, MSHRM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, HRPM, currently serves as the Manager of HR Systems at Saia Inc. since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading the HRIS department and optimizing HR technology. Previously, Brandon held the position of Manager of People Technology at Colonial Pipeline Company, focusing on HR systems strategy and innovation. Experience also includes roles as Workday System Administrator and Senior Workday HR Systems Analyst at White Cap, contributing to a significant HR transformation. Brandon has a strong background in HRIS and has worked with organizations such as ERM and Collaborative Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University and dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Human Resources Management and Management Information Systems from Columbus State University.
