The Real Estate segment is engaged in the leasing and sale of real estate, as well as residential real estate development and construction. The Others segment is involved in the heat supply business, the operation of nursing homes, the provision of information processing services, the operation of restaurants, amusement parks and golf courses, the general maintenance and management of buildings, as well as the manufacture and sale of instant noodles, among others.
