Amira Hossain

Amira Hossain currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Development Officer at SAIC and is a Guest Lecturer in M&A at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. From January 2020 to April 2024, Hossain was the Global Head and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Integration at ICF, where responsibilities included leading the M&A strategy and executing over seven transactions, significantly expanding ICF’s technology practice. Previous experience includes leadership roles in M&A integration and corporate development at McCormick & Company, KPMG, and Deloitte, as well as M&A Directorship at Taylor Investment Bank. Hossain began a career in economics with the USDA Economic Research Service and worked as a Microfinance Specialist at Grameen Bank. Educational qualifications include degrees from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, The George Washington University, and an executive education certification from Kellogg.
