Butch Boyd

Butch Boyd is a Program Manager and Senior JCIDS Analyst at SAIC, where they leverage extensive experience in military acquisition and program management. Previously, they served as the Chief of various branches at the U.S. Army Engineer School and the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence, advising on materiel and acquisition issues. Butch has also held roles at multiple organizations, including the US Army Cold Regions Research Laboratory and BRTRC, coordinating significant research and operational efforts. They hold a Master’s degree in Acquisition Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from Pittsburg State University.
