Calvin Foster

Calvin Foster is a seasoned naval officer currently serving as the Deputy Commander for the Commander Naval Surface Force Atlantic. They have held various leadership roles within the U.S. Navy, including Vice Commander of the U.S. Sixth Fleet and Director of the Maritime Partnership Program for NAVAF. Beyond their military career, Calvin has also excelled in civilian roles, serving as Director for Navy Programs at SAIC and Program Director for Naval Programs at NAVSEA. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and are pursuing National Security Studies at the U.S. Naval War College, while proudly identifying as a Tribal Citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.
