Cindy Wills has extensive experience in the IT and cybersecurity fields, beginning as a Helpdesk Analyst at Marriott International from 1990 to 1992. After transitioning to the Medical University of South Carolina as a Senior Network Engineer Team Lead from 2000 to 2004, Cindy moved to various roles, including Project Manager/Senior Network Engineer at Prudential Financial (1992-1996) and Network Manager at Citi (1996-1998). Additional roles included Senior Network Engineer at Hesse, Holder and Associates (1998-1999), Field Engineering Manager at Carolina Business Systems (1999-2000), and Network Manager at Coastal Glass Distributors (2004-2007). More recently, Cindy served as a Cybersecurity Tools Subject Matter Expert and Cybersecurity Engineer for the Defense Health Agency from August 2021 to September 2019, as well as holding the position of Cybersecurity Transition Assessment Team Lead. Cindy holds a degree in Information Technology from Hagerstown Community College and a degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Penn State University.
