Daniel Flynn is a seasoned professional in the field of intelligence and strategic analysis, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Strategic Foresight and Analytic Gaming at SAIC since April 2023. Prior to this, Daniel held the position of Director of IC Net Assessments at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence from September 2018 to April 2023, and served as Director of the Global Security Program at the National Intelligence Council from December 2005 to August 2018. Daniel's academic credentials include a Master of Science in National Security Strategy from the National War College and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University. Additional educational experiences include participation in Seminar XXI at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, studies at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and training at the Naval Fighter Weapons School.
