David Brinson

David Brinson is an Executive Strategic Operations Leader with over 20 years of experience in both military and corporate environments. They are currently serving as a Military Operations Senior Principal at SAIC, where they assist in planning and executing major military exercises. Previously, Brinson held various leadership roles, including Executive Director at Navy Region Mid-Atlantic, where they managed a team of 100 employees and significantly improved staffing and operational efficiency. With a background in aviation and resource management, they have successfully driven initiatives that enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase employee retention. Brinson completed an executive education program at The Honor Foundation to support their transition from military to civilian roles.
