Derek S. Rocha

Derek S. Rocha serves as the Operations Lead at SAIC, leveraging extensive experience as a program analyst and project manager. Previously, they held various senior roles in the US Navy, including Senior Project Manager at the Joint Electromagnetic Warfare Center and Director of Operations & Administration for the VQ-1 EP-3 Department. Derek was responsible for leading multifaceted teams, managing large-scale budgets, and overseeing critical operations that ensured mission success. They are currently pursuing multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and an Executive MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School.
