Mark Luncher

Mark Luncher is currently the Vice President at SAIC, a role they have held since 2019. Previously, they served as Vice President and Director of Engineering Services at Engility Corporation from 2014 to 2019, and have held various leadership positions including Director of Systems Engineering and Assurance at Dynamics Research Corporation and Senior Program Manager at EHS Technologies. Mark began their career as a Project Manager/Electronics Engineer at Naval Surface Warfare Center and later contributed to the Office of the Secretary of Defense as a Policy Specialist. They earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Gannon University.
