Paul Ghyzel

Paul Ghyzel is a National Security Space Acquisition Professional with extensive experience in the U.S. Navy, serving as a Naval Officer from 1989 to 2016. They held pivotal roles, including Major Program Manager for the Navy Communications Satellite Program and Principal Deputy Program Executive Officer at the Navy Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems. Following their military career, Paul worked as Principal Systems Engineer at Integrity Applications Incorporated and Program Executive Director at CACI International Inc before becoming a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at SAIC in 2023. They hold multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MS in Avionics Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
