Rita Brooks

Rita (Marguerite) Brooks is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of the Small Business Program at SAIC since July 2019. Prior to this role, Rita held various positions, including Small Business Program Manager at Textron Systems from March 2013 to June 2019 and Small Business Liaison Officer at AAI Corporation from January 2013 to March 2018. Rita's earlier experience includes serving as Materials Manager and Small Business Liaison Officer at Northrop Grumman from November 2004 to January 2013, Sr. Client Account Manager at Xerox from September 1993 to October 2004, and Operations Manager at Prudential Healthcare Plan from 1990 to 1993. Rita earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
