Saicho Sparkling Tea
Charlie Winkworth-Smith is a founder of Saicho, where engagement has been ongoing since December 2019. Prior professional experience includes serving as Knowledge Transfer Manager at KTN from July 2017 to April 2022, with a focus on neurotechnology within emerging technologies. Prior to that, Charlie was a Research Fellow at The University of Nottingham from July 2014 to July 2017. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomaterials obtained from the University of Nottingham from 2010 to 2014, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science earned at the same institution from 2007 to 2010.
