Swati Yelmar

Swati Yelmar is the Founder & President of Saicon Consultants, Inc., an award-winning global IT Professional Services company established in 1998 in Overland Park, Kansas. Swati holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pune, India and brings 20+ years of management experience to Saicon. In 2018, they became President of Staffing Technologies. In 2016, they became President of The Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City.

Swati Yelmar attended Bharati Vidyapeeth from 1990 to 1994. Swati obtained their Women Business Enterprise National Council certification from WBENC in September 2004 and their Minority Bussiness Enterprise & Women Business Entreprenuer certification from the State of Missouri in June 2004. Additionally, they obtained their Minority Supplier Council certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council in May 2000.
