Yanchao Zhao

Mr. Zhao Yanchao, rejoined SAIF in Jan 2019 as partner. Before 2019, Mr. Zhao was the Managing Director of China Development Bank Capital (CDBC) since 2011, successively leading its fund management business and equity investment business. Before joining CDBC, Mr. Zhao had been with SAIF Partners since 2005, and was a principal when he left SAIF in 2011. Prior to SAIF, Mr. Zhao was with HSBC Investment Banking as an Associate, China Central Television as an Editor, and China International Capital Corporation as an analyst.

Mr. Zhao obtained a BA degree in International Business Management from the University of International Business & Economics in 2000, and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2005.
