Ron Tiberg-Shachar has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Ron is currently the Co-Founder and CEO at SaiFlow, a position they have held since January 2022. Before that, they served as a Strategic Advisor at AutoBrains Technologies (formerly Cartica AI) from July 2019 to November 2021. Ron also held the position of COO at Corsight AI from March 2020 to August 2021. Additionally, they worked as the VP of Corporate Development at Cortica from July 2019 to August 2021. Prior to these roles, Ron worked as a Senior Advisor at Israel Japan Advisers ltd. from September 2015 to July 2019, where they worked with Israel's Former Cabinet Secretary and current Israeli Parliament Member, Adv. Zvi Hauser. Ron also worked as a Cyber Strategic and Regulatory Consultant in a private capacity from April 2015 to July 2019. Furthermore, Ron gained experience as a Legal Intern at Goldfarb Seligman from March 2016 to February 2017. Ron also worked as a Cyber Security Consultant at Israel Ministry of Defense from March 2015 to February 2016. Beginning their career, Ron held various positions at C4I And Cyber Security Directorate in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces. Ron was a Cyber Strategic Planning Section Leader and Assistant to the Director of the Cyber Defense Division from March 2013 to April 2015, Assistant to the Director of Mamram (IDF's IT Unit) from September 2011 to March 2013, IT Architecture Section Leader at Mamram from January 2009 to September 2011, and Data Center IT Administrator at Mamram from August 2006 to January 2009.
Ron Tiberg-Shachar obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the College of Law and Business in 2016. In 2017, they became an Attorney after obtaining a certification from the Israel Bar Association. From 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Commercial Law through the Tel Aviv University - UC Berkeley Executive Program. In their early education, they studied Computer Science and Chemistry at Ben-Gurion High School in Petach Tikva from 2003 to 2006.
