Doan Thai Thanh Thuy

Doan Thai Thanh Thuy is an accomplished professional in banking and finance with extensive experience in product development and customer experience management. Since September 2018, Doan has served as the Director of the Product and Policy Development Center at Saigon-Hanoi Bank, overseeing savings, lending, CASA, card products, and related policies for the retail banking division. Additionally, Doan has been involved with Ngân hàng SHB as a Tribe Lead in the Digital Division since October 2021. Prior experience includes key roles at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Techcombank, and MBS, where responsibilities embraced product management and customer journey enhancement. Doan holds a Master's degree in Economics of Banking and Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, along with a Bachelor's degree in External Economics from Foreign Trade University.
