Teresa Chambers PMP, MBA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and cost management. Currently serving as a Project Control Specialist at Saiia Construction Company LLC since May 2023, Teresa previously held the position of Design/Build Project Manager at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) from April 2016 to December 2019, where responsibility included contract management and supporting ship performance assessments. Prior to NAVSEA, Teresa worked as a Lead Cost Analyst/Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, focusing on life cycle cost estimates and acting as a liaison among various stakeholders. Teresa's career commenced at Qimonda, where development and maintenance of a $1.5 billion budget were key duties as a Senior Financial Analyst/Planner. Teresa holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS in Physics from Benedict College.
