Jeffrey Lee is a seasoned professional in intellectual property law with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Intellectual Property at Sail Biomedicines since May 2023, Jeffrey has previously held similar roles at Rubius Therapeutics and Sanofi, where Jeffrey was responsible for leading global IP strategies. Jeffrey's legal career includes positions as an associate at prestigious law firms such as Steptoe & Johnson LLP, Mayer Brown, and WilmerHale, along with earlier roles as a Patent Agent at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Human Genome Sciences. Jeffrey holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the University of Utah.
