Westin Lightfoot

Westin Lightfoot has worked for four different companies since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Production Lead for Special Events. From 2017 to 2019, they held the role of Student Manager at Montana State University Catering, where they managed other servers, followed a strict timeline to ensure events ran smoothly, and provided the best quality food catering service to customers and guests. In 2019, they joined Enterprise Holdings as a Senior Customer Assistant Representative, delivering on ERAC's promise of exceptional service, supporting National, Alamo, and Enterprise car rental, and striving to reach 100% Completely Satisfied at every point of customer contact. Currently, Westin is working at Sail Internet as a NOC Engineer, Access Network Specialist, and Tier 2 - Technical Support.

Westin Lightfoot obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sociology/Computer Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman in 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Google and a System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services Certificate from Coursera.
