Stefania Cella has been serving as the Vice President Finance at SAIL Plein Air / SAIL Outdoors since 1995. She is responsible for strategic financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and treasury management. Stefania also oversees accounting operations such as financial reporting, accounts payable, inventory management, and payroll. Prior to her current role, she worked as the Director of Finance at Baron Sports from 1995 to 2000, and also held the title of Controller. Stefania obtained her Chartered Accountant degree in Accounting from McGill University.
