Sailing Match is a crew recruitment agency dedicated exclusively to sailing superyachts — placing the right people on the right yachts through a personal, experience-driven approach.

Founded by former sailing yacht crew with over 15 years of onboard and industry experience, we understand the unique skill set, mindset, and dynamics required to build successful teams under sail. We go beyond CVs and certificates to ensure that each placement aligns with the yacht’s culture, technical needs, and long-term goals.

At Sailing Match, we work across all departments — from deck, interior, and galley to technical and leadership roles — supporting both private and charter programs. Our curated network includes not just active candidates, but also discreet, off-radar professionals who bring proven value and stability to any team.

We believe a good match is about more than experience — it’s about people. That’s why we take pride in offering tailored support, ongoing follow-up, and even mental well-being guidance to ensure a smoother onboard experience for both crew and command.

Our commitment is simple: to raise the standard of sailing yacht recruitment by combining professionalism, care, and insight from first contact to final placement.
