Will Lukach

Will Lukach is the Head of Strategy and Operations at Sailplane, a role they began in 2024. Previously, they served in the United States Air Force as a F-15E pilot and Weapons School Instructor from 2021 to 2023. Will also gained experience as a Graduate Student Fellow at the Berkeley Risk and Security Lab from 2023 to 2025. They hold a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, Will is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
