Alec Gruss, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Product Manager at SailPoint since July 2022. Previously, Alec held prominent positions at Siemens, including Head of Product Management for Siemens Mobility North America, where significant advancements in AI-based features and commercial SaaS offerings were achieved. Alec's expertise in digital solutions was further demonstrated as Head of Digital Solutions at Dresser-Rand, overseeing strategic investments in technology. With a background in data science and product management at Siemens PLM Software and Siemens Industry US, Alec has spearheaded data-driven services and deep learning analytics. Alec's academic foundation includes a Ph.D. and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida, complemented by research roles that contributed to advancements in environmental engineering and civil engineering applications.
