Emma Wu

Emma Wu is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product strategy. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at SailPoint since 2022, Emma oversees the core identity access management of the Identity Security Cloud enterprise solution, driving engineering execution and collaborating with key stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives. Previously, Emma was the Chief Technology Officer at Certified Tracking Solutions from 2018 to 2022, where responsibilities included product strategy and leading engineering teams to deliver customer value. Emma also held the position of Director of Software Engineering at GE Digital from 2008 to 2018, managing the delivery of enterprise solutions. Emma’s career began as a Senior Software Developer at Matrikon Inc. and progressed to Team Lead at Decision Dynamics. Emma holds a Master’s Degree in Computing Science from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science from Zhejiang University.
