Joseph Lupo

Joseph Lupo is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, digital transformation, and agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Director of Identity IQ Product Engineering at SailPoint, Joseph oversees engineering for a significant identity and security product. Previously, as Director of Digital Transformation at Masonite®, Joseph established high-performing agile teams and implemented various innovative solutions, including a cloud configurator ecosystem and an identity and access management system. Joseph also held senior roles at Syniverse, ServiceMesh, The Walt Disney Studios, and Electronic Arts, where contributions included leading agile transformations, optimizing product development processes, and achieving notable quality metrics in software delivery. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Barry University.
