Kristen Rials

Kristen Rials is a seasoned professional in technical program management and product operations with extensive experience in both academia and the technology sector. Currently serving as a Technical Program Manager at SailPoint since February 2024 and an Adjunct Professor at Tulane University, Kristen has developed innovative courses in technical documentation for undergraduate students. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Product Operations at BeyondTrust, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing software delivery and enhancing the software development lifecycle, as well as leading technical communications efforts across several organizations. Kristen also held key positions at Bomgar Corporation, including Manager of Technical Communications, where strategic documentation processes were implemented. Kristen's educational background includes a Master of Science in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Mississippi College.
